4. Guaranteed Authenticity
ESA SHOP VITAMINS guarantees that all its products are authentic. If the buyer proves that the product sold is counterfeit, ESA SHOP VITAMINS will compensate the buyer by paying him/her the full amount paid for the product (excluding shipping costs).
5. Refund Policy
ESA SHOP VITAMINS has a comprehensive dispute process that protects you when you are dissatisfied with a transaction, giving you the opportunity to:
Receive a full refund if the product is not delivered or is damaged due to a situation caused by the seller
Receive a full reshipment of the same product if the product is not delivered due to the seller
Receive a partial reshipment if the product is received incomplete due to the seller’s fault
In order to do so, it will be necessary to contact us within 5 days after receiving the product or after the estimated delivery date and send the corresponding proofs.
In case a refund is applied you must return the product received incomplete or damaged, assuming the costs of reshipment. In no case will you receive a refund without returning the product that was sent to you.
Protection tips
1- Never give time to open claims. If you have not received your product within the deadline, please contact ESA SHOP VITAMINS or file a claim.

If you do not receive your product or you are not satisfied with it, you can open a dispute before the deadline. Remember to be aware of this deadline, as once overcome you can not open a dispute or recover your money.
