Shipping Package

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via USPS with tracking number and delivery without signature, this is in addition to the 5 to 7 business days of transit that USPS takes in delivery logistics. If you prefer faster shipping you can contact us or receive with signature of delivery you must contact us, an additional charge will apply. Whatever form of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs can vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipping, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

Delivery time for in-stock products: approximately 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery time for out-of-stock products that can be purchased with reservation or special orders: approximately 3 weeks.
