COMPOSITION:

2 mL ampoule:

Vitamin B1 thiamine  250 mg

Vitamin B6                  100 mg

Vitamin B12                10,000 mcg

1 mL ampoule:

Vitamin B15              100 mg

INDICATIONS:

Diseases of the central nervous system: loss of memory and ability to concentrate, insomnia, hallucinations, disorientation, delusions, psychotic conditions of deficiency origin, surmenage (intellectual exhaustion). diseases of the peripheral nervous system: neuralgia, neuritis, lower back pain, facial paralysis, herpes zoster. Drug intoxication and alcoholism, alcoholic neuritis and Korsakoff syndrome, deficiency of vitamin B1, B6, B12 and/or B15.

DOSAGE AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:

ULTRA DOCEPLEX Injection: Mix the contents of both ampoules, before use, in a single syringe.

Administer 2 to 3 injections via I.M. during the first week of each month. Continue with ULTRA DOCEPLEX Injection once a week for one month. In severe cases, administer an injection intramuscularly (I.M.) daily for 5 days.
