Description

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

PRECAUTIONS

• Recent history of stroke or certain severe cardiovascular conditions.
• Severe hepatic impairment.
• Patients with certain hereditary retinal disorders.

IMPORTANT DRUG INTERACTIONS

Sildenafil potentiates the blood-pressure-lowering effects of nitrates; therefore, concomitant use is contraindicated.
