FORMULA:
Each 2 mL ampoule contains:
Thiamine HCl (Vit B1) ………. 150 mg
Pyridoxine HCl (Vit B6) ………. 100 mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) ………. 5,000 mcg
Hydroxocobalamin (Vit B12) ………. 20,000 mcg

INDICATIONS:
It is indicated for adults in the prevention and treatment of vitamin B12, B1, and B6 deficiencies due to reduced absorption, increased requirements, or abnormal losses of these vitamins, as may occur in cases of chronic alcoholism, prolonged use of certain medications, gastrointestinal disorders, or inadequate diets.
It is also indicated for patients with neuropathic pain associated with neuritis and neuralgia.
Deficiency of these vitamins may be associated with various neurological symptoms such as tingling, altered sensations (numbness or hypersensitivity), or muscle weakness.
