Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains: Diclofenac sodium 50 mg, cyanocobalamin 1,000 mcg, thiamine mononitrate 50 mg, pyridoxine HCl 50 mg, and excipients q.s. to 1 tablet.

Indications
Acute or chronic neuritis and polyneuritis, trigeminal, cervicobrachial, facial, intercostal, and herpetic neuralgia, sciatica, low back pain, myalgia, fibromyalgia, spondylitis, radiculitis, torticollis, alcoholic and diabetic polyneuritis, and articular and extra-articular rheumatism (soft tissue).

Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet every 8 or 12 hours. The duration of treatment depends on the condition being treated and medical judgment.
