Indications and Uses:
Clotrimazole is indicated for the treatment of simple vaginal infections or those of mixed etiology, caused by species of Candida and Trichomonas.

Dosage and Administration:
The usual recommended dose is one full applicator dose intravaginally once a day, for three consecutive days. The vaginal cream should preferably be applied at night, before going to bed. If symptoms persist or worsen during treatment, consult a doctor.

Method of Application:

1. Remove the cap from the tube and attach the applicator to the nozzle.
2. Carefully press the tube to fill the applicator until the plunger has been displaced to the top.
3. Separate the applicator from the tube and insert it as deeply as possible into the vagina (the patient should preferably be lying on her back with her legs slightly bent).
4. Apply pressure on the plunger to empty the contents of the applicator.
5. Remove the applicator and dispose of it.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to clotrimazole, imidazoles in general, or any of the components of the formulation.

Warnings and Precautions:
The vaginal cream is not recommended during the menstrual period.
