Formula: Each coated tablet contains:

• Sodium Diclofenac 50 mg

• Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 1,000 mcg

• Thiamine Mononitrate (Vit. B1) 50 mg

• Pyridoxine HCl (Vit. B6) 50 mg

Route of Administration: Oral

Indications:
Acute or chronic neuritis and polyneuritis, trigeminal, cervicobrachial, facial, intercostal, and herpetic neuralgia, sciatica, low back pain, myalgia, fibromyalgia, spondylitis, radiculitis, torticollis, alcoholic and diabetic polyneuritis, articular and extra-articular rheumatism (of soft tissues).

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, cyanocobalamin, thiamine and/or pyridoxine; megaloblastic anemia; severe allergic reaction such as anaphylaxis or angioedema; aspirin-induced or NSAID-induced nasal polyps and asthma; active gastric or duodenal ulcer; active ulcerative colitis or history thereof; diabetes mellitus; extracellular volume depletion or sepsis; hemophilia or other bleeding disorders including clotting or platelet abnormalities; liver dysfunction or hepatic cirrhosis; stomatitis; systemic lupus erythematosus; hepatic porphyria; and Wernicke’s encephalopathy.

Dosage:
Adults, take 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours.
