1. Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are generally shipped from our warehouse located in Elizabeth, NJ 07206, United States.

2. How long does shipping take?
The estimated delivery time for shipments within the United States is 3-5 business days. However, times may vary depending on location or factors beyond the seller’s control.

3. What are the shipping costs?
At the moment, all our shipments enjoy free shipping through the standard USPS service. This policy may change at any time.

4. Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes, we offer the option of Priority Mail service. Delivery would be made in approximately 1-3 business days depending on the location and has an additional cost of $10. You must contact us to request this service.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time.

6. What should I do if my package does not arrive within the estimated time?

7. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

E. Payment by Phone Call Through the Square payment gateway from the USA. Tax + bank commission applies.

F. Cash Payment You can pick up your order at our physical store in New Jersey, with prior notice one day in advance.
