ORFENAFLEX-D combines Diclofenac (an NSAID) and Orphenadrine Citrate (a muscle relaxant) and is used for relief of pain and muscle spasm associated with musculoskeletal conditions.

• Acute musculoskeletal spasms and associated pain.
• Trauma-related pain.
• Rheumatic pain.
• Low back pain (lumbago).
• Neck stiffness (torticollis).
• Sprains and fractures (associated pain).

• Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, orphenadrine, or any excipients.
• Severe coagulation disorders.
• Severe heart failure.
• Active peptic ulcer.
• Prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, or history of urinary retention.
• Glaucoma.
• Myasthenia gravis.
• Megaesophagus.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Oral use. Use only as directed by a healthcare professional or according to the package/insert instructions. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.

• Use with caution in patients with tachycardia or decompensated heart conditions.
• May increase the effects of anticholinergic medications and CNS depressants.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
