• Upper respiratory tract infections.
• Ear, nose, and throat infections (otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis).
• Lower respiratory tract infections (pneumonia, acute bronchitis, and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis).
• Genitourinary tract infections (pyelonephritis, cystitis, and urethritis).
• Gonorrhea, uncomplicated acute gonococcal urethritis, and cervicitis.
• Skin and soft tissue infections (furunculosis, pyoderma, and impetigo).

• Known or suspected hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin, other quinolones, or any excipients.
• Concomitant use with tizanidine (may increase plasma concentrations of tizanidine and cause clinically relevant adverse reactions such as hypotension and drowsiness).
