FORMULA: Each soft gelatin capsule contains:

Diclofenac potassium 25 mg

Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 50 mg

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 50 mg

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 250 mcg

Excipients q.s.

INDICATIONS: Relief of pain and inflammation caused by conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscular rheumatism, lumbago, sciatica, myalgias, neuralgias, as well as headaches, sore throat, and neuralgias.

DOSAGE: Adults: Take 1 soft gelatin capsule every 12 hours for no more than 3 consecutive days. Do not exceed this dosage.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to any of the components, gastric or duodenal ulcer, do not administer to children under 12 years old, pregnant or lactating women, coagulation disorders, renal or hepatic insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: This medication should not be used concomitantly with other medications containing Diclofenac.

SIDE EFFECTS: In some cases, side effects may occur such as: heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, gas, dizziness, drowsiness, fluid retention, swelling of feet or ankles, hives.

ADMINISTRATION ROUTE: Oral.
