DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n

AMOXY PLUS 312.5 mg\/5 mL<\/strong> is a combination of amoxicillin<\/strong> and clavulanic acid<\/strong> in powder for oral suspension<\/strong>. Route of administration: oral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

INDICATIONS<\/h3>\n

Indicated for the treatment of infections in adults and children caused by susceptible microorganisms, including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Acute bacterial sinusitis (properly diagnosed)<\/li>\n
  • Acute otitis media<\/li>\n
  • Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (properly diagnosed)<\/li>\n
  • Community-acquired pneumonia<\/li>\n
  • Cystitis<\/li>\n
  • Pyelonephritis<\/li>\n
  • Skin and soft tissue infections (e.g., cellulitis), animal bites, severe dental abscesses with spreading cellulitis<\/li>\n
  • Bone and joint infections, particularly osteomyelitis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    CONTRAINDICATIONS<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Hypersensitivity to the active substances, penicillins, or any excipients.<\/li>\n
    • History of severe immediate hypersensitivity reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) to other beta-lactams (cephalosporins, carbapenems, or monobactams).<\/li>\n
    • History of jaundice \/ hepatic impairment due to amoxicillin \/ clavulanic acid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      DIRECTIONS FOR USE<\/h3>\n

      • Administer at the start of a meal<\/strong> to help minimize gastrointestinal discomfort and optimize absorption.<\/li>\n
      • Shake well before use.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        PREPARATION (RECONSTITUTION)<\/h3>\n

        • Reconstitute with 94 mL of potable water<\/strong> (as indicated on packaging).<\/li>\n
        • Add water gradually up to the marked line on the bottle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          STORAGE<\/h3>\n
